I was really craving the Combo C from that restaurant Chez Lien's menu. They serve thinly sliced beef top with sesame (which I forgot), on top of rice vermicelli with a salad and a huge deep-fried roll (which I skipped because I had rolls the two days before) and nuoc-cham. I should have cooked it in a pan rather than in a ridged pan so don't do like me. It was still delicious. I guess there's not much more to say about this plate, but it satisfied my craving!
